NEITHER THE SERVICE NOR ANY OF ITS AGENTS, AFFILIATES OR CONTENT PROVIDERS SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF USE OF THE SERVICE OR INABILITY TO GAIN ACCESS TO OR USE THE SERVICE OR OUT OF ANY BREACH OF ANY WARRANTY. All trademarks appearing on the service are trademarks of their respective owners.
Prices
All prices are Excluding VAT and delivery to a UK address. All prices are without obligation.
Shipping charges
Delivery is only made behind the first lockable door (usually the front door in the ground floor).
The shipping agent of record is not forced to deliver goods to any floor above ground level without prior arrangement
Payment
Payment takes place immediately when order is placed for the goods. Payment options are: Credit / Debit card, Cash or cheque without any deductions.
Retention of title
Slouch Ltd claims enhanced ownership until the complete fulfilment of any outstanding debits.
Notification of defects / shortfalls
The customer must check the goods for any defects immediately (damage through transport / manufacturing errors / missing parts etc.). Notification of defects, shortfalls or flaws of any kind must be reported within 3 days of receiving the goods. This must be supported with images and a description of the fault / defect. If this is not done, the delivered goods will be classified as correct regarding quantity and quality.
Return of Damaged / Faulty goods
Damaged / Faulty goods will only be accepted unused and in their original freight-boxes and the original slides. So please keep the freight-boxes and slides after delivery. So please keep the freight-boxes and slides after delivery.
Right of return
The customer has the right to return goods within 7 days of receipt
Informing Slouch Ltd by email or mail. All good must be in perfect unused condition. The right of return excludes the following articles: custom-made products, special offers and price-reduced leftovers on stock.
Return transport
Return transport is charged to the customer and must be arranged directly with Slouch Ltd. Arbitrary return transport by the self-importer as well as refusal to accept goods on delivery is also charged to the customer. The cheapest way of transporting will be chosen.
Refusal of acceptance
If the customer refuses acceptance of delivery without our prior knowledge or is not in to accept the goods on the agreed date with the seller, he/she will be in breach of contract. As a direct result, the customer will be liable to pay complete freight costs, as well as excess charges that have been incurred by Slouch Ltd
Recirculation of goods
Recirculation of goods will only be accepted in the original freight-boxes and the original slides. So please keep the freight-boxes and slides after delivery.
Order
Your can order via mail, telephone or e-mail. Your order will be confirmed via e-mail or post
within 48 hours. From the point of confirmation your order will be legally binding.
REPRODUCTIONS
Our reproductions of the classics are simply that "REPRODUCTIONS". Our reproductions of the originals cannot and should not be called "ORIGINALS" by any of our resellers. In some cases the original names might have license copyright protection or trade mark thus all customers must point out that the furniture is a reproduction not original all the classic furniture is made to the highest standard matching the originals.
